Warning - Paragraph Ahead!

Paragraphs are really the worst thing that can happen to a scanner. But if you simply can't use a bulleted list - keep your paragraphs short and use keywords. Like this one!

We've all heard the old adage, "one idea per paragraph." That's a good idea, but Mike would like to take it a step further: one sentence per paragraph. If you're not ready for that, at least try to never write a single paragraph that is longer than about an inch on the screen. Go ahead and get out a ruler and measure...See, this one's too long!
