Dr. Teri Hepler
Teri Hepler is a Assistant Professor in the HPPE department. Originally from Wisconsin, she has a B.A. from Ripon College and M.S. from Miami University. Her Ph.D. is from Michigan State University in Sport Psychology.
Teri is an active researcher who has been involved in many different research projects. Her main area of expertise is self-efficacy theory, particularly focusing on decision-making self-efficacy in sport. Her work has been published in several peer-reviewed journals.
Throughout her life, Teri has been involved in many different sports. She was a collegiate athlete in both basketball and softball. In addition, Teri has coached college softball and tennis, as well as high school basketball.
During her free time, Teri enjoys playing sports, hiking, camping, biking, concerts, and spending time with her family.
