1. Organize your application materials:

3. Complete the online:

• ASU Application

4. Complete the:

• BSN Nursing Application

5. Submit the: completed nursing application to the Nursing Dept. along with a non-refundable $35 application fee (money order and checks only).

6. Submit: official college transcripts to us.

Background Check Instructions:

1. Download the Background Check Instructions
2. Contact us to request a fingerprint/drug-test packet
3. Go to American Databank

Immunization Instructions (Required prior to clinical):

• Download & Complete Student Immunization Certification

Mail the nursing application, transcripts, and RN license (if applicable) to us.
