Physics and Pre-Engineering
While Adams State does not currently offer a bachelor's degree in physics, we do have an active academic program and faculty focused on providing opportunities for students to explore the physical and mathematical sciences.
We offer bachelor's degrees in chemical physics and mathematics with a physics emphasis.
In addition, we also have a pre-engineering program for students who may be interested in pursuing a career in engineering. In their first semester, students have the opportunity to explore robotics in a very hands-on environment.

What students say about ASU and what they've learned here:
Is a senior art major, and she is also the Art Department Gallery Assistant. Christie's experience taught her how to package and care for her own artwork and how to hang a show. She also knows what galleries look for when shipping artwork. "The art professors do not push you in any direction, but allow you to find your own thing."
