COF - College Opportunity Fund
- Undergraduate students who are residents of the state of Colorado are eligilbe for the COF tuition stipend. For the 2009-10 academic year COF pays $68.00 per credit hour of tuition for eligible courses. To receive this benefit: the student must apply (only once), and authorize your stipend (each semester).
