Enrollment Mgt. retreat identifies growth strategies

Cabinet and faculty members participated in an Enrollment Management Retreat June 10-11 on campus, with facilitation by Kevin Crockett, CEO of Noel-Levitz which specializes in helping colleges improve enrollment and student success.
The group identified and prioritized several immediate and long-term initiatives to create enrollment growth. The process included:
- a situation analysis of driving and restraining forces in ASC's enrollment planning environment
- development of criteria to evaluate initiatives
- discussion of next steps and data needs to further evaluate the potential strategies
The resulting top-rated macro strategies included further development of:
- The STAY program
- The Finish degree completion program
- Transfer student recruitment
- High Altitude Training
- Health Care programs
- Scholarships
- Online programs
- Student Life
