Service Guide:
The department is responsible for maintenance, utilities, grounds, custodial services, and other minor remodeling, alterations, and improvements The department is made of six divisions. Facilities Maintenance, Operation, In-House Renovation, Custodial, Grounds, and Motor Pool. We will assist you by providing the information of services you need to accomplish your goals.
Mission:
The mission of Facilities Services is to provide a safe, comfortable, fully functional, and aesthetically pleasing campus environment that is conducive to teaching, learning, living, and recreating.
Goals:
To successfully fulfill the mission, Facilities Services is committed to provide a customer focused service and maintain campus grounds and buildings in the best possible condition. We will manage renovation and construction projects assuring the most effective use of campus and state funds. Projects will be developed which will improve working and learning environments. We will strive to respond in a timely, courteous manner to all work order requests and minimize call backs. We will keep the buildings and grounds in a clean, safe. and comfortable environment.
