Student Union Building Mailroom

Mission:

  • We will provide students and faculty that reside on campus with an efficient mail and parcel system that will ensure both timely and secure delivery.

Services Provided:

  • Sorting & distributing of incoming student mail to student mailboxes.
  • Sorting of incoming USPS, UPS, FedEx, Airborne Express and other courier mail for students, placing package notices in appropriate student boxes, and distributing these packages to the appropriate students.
  • Forwarding of mail for students who have lived on campus during the past year & during summer break.
  • Distribution of campus memo's & fliers.

Picking up combinations and packages:

  • Only the Addressee or a spouse may pick up packages or combination. No friends, children, or relatives are allowed to receive items on a student's behalf. No Exceptions! This is for the Students protection

Issuing Boxes to Students:

  • The office of Housing and Residence Life issues a box to each student living in campus dorms. All students have the same box number for all years that they continually live on campus, summer excluded. For more information please contact the Mailroom or the Office of Housing.
