ASC CARES DAY PLUNGE EVENTS

Sat, Sept 26, 2009 and Saturday, April 24, 2010

Sign up with a team of ASC Students, Faculty, and Staff for a short-term service project that meets a community need. Pre-organized teams travel to assigned worksites around the SLV where they work together to get the job done!

Team recruitment for the fall plunge begins in late August, and in early March for the spring plunge, continuing until all projects are filled.

A team may opt to design a project that fits its mission. Teams are encouraged to begin volunteering in the fall and continue serving on a regular basis with the same organization through the spring plunge event.

A gala celebration BBQ with special recognitions and entertainment will take place following the spring ASC Cares plunge event on Saturday, April 24.
