Focus the Nation DVD
On January 31st, Adams State College took part in a nation-wide environmental educational event known as Focus the Nation, joining with hundreds of other colleges nationwide, addressing various environmental issues, and prompting its attendees to action. The event was eight hours long, and covered a wide variety of topics, featuring presentations from scholars, experts, and local activists, covering environmental sustainability, environmental efforts within the San Luis Valley, and renewable energy.
ASC Community Partnerships made certain to film the Focus the Nation presentations, and has prepared an hour and 48 minute DVD, covering highlights from throughout the eight-hour event.

This DVD is available for only $15.00 (or $10 each when ordering 3 copies or more). All proceeds of DVD sales support Community Partnerships, specifically in the areas of future event coordination and filming.
Community Partnerships Monthly Show
ASC Community Partnerships produces an hour-ASC Community Partnerships produces a monthly show which is aired on KENY-TV (UHF Channel 39 or Bresnan Channel 20) at 8:00pm Mondays and 9:00am Saturdays and Mondays. Media Productions Class
This class, being taught by professional videographer Miles Eddy, is currently being held thursday evenings, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Students in this class are instructed on how to properly take video and audio recordings, and edit it into a presentable production. Many such projects may end up with local media outlets.
