Is forgiveness a universal truth? Do major world religions differ on the idea of mercy? What is the nature of justice? Is there a place for revenge? Should we attempt to reconcile with those who have done us harm? This is a day to explore how we, as individuals and society, treat failure and transgression.

This is a conference to examine issues of importance within civil society and that should be engaged at an institution of higher learning. It is an opportunity to engage in a dialogue about various philosophical and religious perspectives. It is an occasion to learn from a variety of nationally recognized speakers. The event will impact students, college staff and the San Luis Valley community. It is truly for everyone.
