EPIC is a great way to get involved at ASC and connect with fellow students who are in the same place you are. It is wonderful having a group of people that share every class - you always have someone to talk to about homework, or just life.
One of the ways EPIC helps first generation students succeed is by offering a Supplemental Instructor (SI). An SI is a student who has taken the class before and passed with an A. They hold meetings outside the classroom to give you further instruction on the course.

EPIC is there to make your college experience better. You have a small group of people that will all share the same classes with you. It gives you the ability to set up study groups and get assistance from your peers.
