Grants Management at ASC Community Partnerships

Services

• Assist and provide faculty and staff with identifying funding sources and opportunities and locating federal information
• Connect faculty or staff with potential community collaborators, if appropriate.
• Assist faculty or staff in obtaining agency solicitations, procurements and program announcements
• Interpret and implement government regulations related to grants and contracts
• Assist in budget and proposal preparation
• Review all grant contract proposals to outside agencies
• Negotiate awards contractually on behalf of Adams State College
• Review and approve grant and contract award documents
• Contribute proposal and award data and sponsored program information to the ASC Alive published by the Office of External Affairs
• Conduct informational grant-related meetings
• Inform faculty of special topics which may affect research endeavors
• Assist faculty or staff with the internal grants approval process
