Grants Management at ASC Community Partnerships
Services
- Assist and provide faculty and staff with identifying funding sources and opportunities and locating federal information
- Connect faculty or staff with potential community collaborators, if appropriate.
- Assist faculty or staff in obtaining agency solicitations, procurements and program announcements
- Interpret and implement government regulations related to grants and contracts
- Assist in budget and proposal preparation
- Review all grant contract proposals to outside agencies
- Negotiate awards contractually on behalf of Adams State College
- Review and approve grant and contract award documents
- Contribute proposal and award data and sponsored program information to the ASC Alive published by the Office of External Affairs
- Conduct informational grant-related meetings
- Inform faculty of special topics which may affect research endeavors
- Assist faculty or staff with the internal grants approval process
