Application Process
The purpose of the internal grants system is to alert necessary college personnel that a grant application is being submitted and assure that it supports Adams State College's mission and priorities. Before submitting a grant proposal to the funding agency, please complete the on-line "Intent to Apply Form" and submit your final budget forms to the Controller of Sponsored Programs (links below).
Internal Grant Approval Process Steps
- 1) Assess eligiblity and determine any matching (cash or inkind) requirements
- 2) Complete the on-line "Intent to Apply" form as soon as you decide to apply
- 3) Call or email ASC Community Partnerships for any assistance needed (forms, electronic registration, filing, review, etc.)
- 4) Complete final, proposed budget and send to ASC Finance Office for approval
- 5) Send electronic copy of complete proposal to grants office (Community Partnerships) This will assist with grant coordination, adminstration & future funding efforts.
This form should be completed by the project director and/or investigator. Once you submit this form, the necessary college personnel will receive the information electronically and have the opportunity to review your request.
