2006 Mariachi Spectacular
The Adams State College Mariachi Corazon del Valle presents the Mariachi Spectacular at 6 p.m. Saturday, March 29 in Richardson Hall.
The concert will showcase Mariachi Corazon del Valle, directed by Nick Branchal; Mariachi San Luis, directed by Frank Vigil; Mariachi Luna de Plata, directed by Joan Sanchez, Mariachi el Tigre, directed by Rachel Leon, and a performance by Semillas de la Tierra Folklorico, directed by Domingo Estrada.
Tickets are $10 for adults; $5 for students and children; and free for AS&F. Tickets can be purchased at the door; or in advance from Papers of Distinction at 510 State Ave. in Alamosa; Mountainview Restaurant in Monte Vista; and the Adams State College Music Department.
Proceeds from the concert are used to fund travel for the Adams State Mariachi Corazon del Valley to conferences and meet other financial needs of the group.
