Art professor will speak on Israeli ceramics

The Adams State University next Faculty Lecture will explore the vibrant ceramic community creating artwork in Israel. "Memory and Culture in Contemporary Israeli Ceramics," by Jennifer Gawronski, assistant professor of art, begins at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 19, in the Art Building room 227. Please note the special location.

The lecture will focus on the art universities, studio artists, and the contemporary ceramic center located in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. The lecture will culminate with the description of the Seventh Annual Israeli Ceramics Biennial exhibition shown at the Ertez Museum of Art in Tel Aviv.
