Enrollment Verification

A verification is summary that generally provides information regarding the dates of attendance at the College and any related statuses, e.g. class level, full-time/part time enrollment, etc. It does not provide individual course/grade/unit information.

ASC offers two methods of verification, telephone and printed.

  Both verification types may contain the following:

Official academic record verifications can be requested in-person by going to the One Stop Student Services in the Student Union Building, via mail by mailing your request to Adams State College, Records Office, Alamosa, CO 81102, via email by sending your request to ascrecords@adams.edu or via FAX at (719) 587-7416.

IN-PERSON VERIFICATION REQUEST

In-person requests may be submitted to the One Stop Student Services in the Student Union Building. Department hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday. Verifications will be provided at the time of request for no additional fee.

Additional Special Handling Services
Overnight mail is $14.00 per destination. You may request this service for overnight delivery within the continental United States only.

If you prefer, we can fax a verification anywhere in the United States for a fee of $10.00

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How will I know when my verification has been mailed?
There is no automatic notification sent when the verification has been mailed. Information regarding processing/mailing can be verified by calling the Transcripts/Verifications Clerk at (719) 587-7321.

Who may request a verification of my attendance?
Lending institutions, prospective employers, credit card and insurance companies, etc. may request verifications of enrollment.
