You know the feeling. The walls are closing in around you and if you have to listen to one more friend tell you how busy they are, you are going to "snap"! We all can use some stress management tips, especially right before mid-semester exams and spring break.

Working Successfully With Your Peers.

Sometimes making the transition from hanging out with peers to leading them or working with them can be difficult step. Dr. Farrish recently made the move from being faculty to academic administration. It is not easy to make decisions that your peers don't necessarily agree with or even like. His experience and insight should be helpful for all student leaders or anyone thinking about taking that next step.

Does the thought of speaking in front of your organization or any group for that matter send chills running down your spine? Do you dread going to an interview feeling like you may stumble over your words? Public speaking is one of the greates skills for anyone and especially student leaders. This session will help you hone those skills and reduce your anxiety level when it comes to speaking with your club, potential employer or a stranger on the street!

If you are hoping to make great strides with your organization next year, but simply do not know where to start it's a matter of setting goals... for yourself and your organization. You will learn how important goals are and a simple formula for making them successful.
