Rex Activity Center Facility Rental

The Rex Activity Center is available for rent by community and conference groups when the building is otherwise closed to ASU students, faculty, and staff during the regular academic year or during regular business hours throughout the summer (mid-May to mid-August). Reservations must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance and payment is required prior to the group's arrival to use the facility. The rates provided below do not include staff fees.

Aerobics Room

Half Day Rate: $128 (or $32 p/hr up to 4 hrs)

Full Day Rate: $256

Main Court

Half Day Rate: $128 (or $32 p/hr up to 4 hrs)

Full Day Rate: $256

Racquetball

Half Day Rate: $48 p/court (or $12 p/hr up to 4 hrs)

Full Day Rate: $96 p/court 

Building

Half Day Rate: $500 (or $125 p/hr up to 4 hrs)

Full Day Rate: $1000 

**Additional $50.00 fee p/hr if after hours of operation. Two staff members must be present after normal hours of operation.

**Additional bathroom usage fee and cleaning fee $50.00 for any facility area rental.
