  • 3-story residence hall housing men and women.

  • 3-story residence hall divided into four wings, with a central lounge area for TV and study.

  • 2-story residence hall for 100 males and 100 females, maximum of 2 students per room.

Apartments

Houtchens, McCurry, Moffatt, Petteys, and Savage Halls

  • Houtchens, Moffatt, Petteys, and Savage Halls: Private bedrooms for 2 or 3 residents that are partially furnished with the exception of living room furniture, tableware, and cooking utensils.
  • McCurry Hall: Shared bedrooms for 6 residents (per apartment) that are partially furnished with the exception of living room furniture, tableware, and cooking utensils.
  • A kitchen/living room and private bath are included.
  • Wireless Internet, extended basic cable TV, local phone, and all utilities are included in semester rate.
  • Campus card or coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located on the second floor of each building.
  • Freshmen are not eligible to reside in the apartments except under special circumstances as approved by the Department of Housing and Residence Life.
