Halls
- 3-story residence hall housing men and women.
- 3-story residence hall divided into four wings, with a central lounge area for TV and study.
- 2-story residence hall for 100 males and 100 females, maximum of 2 students per room.
Apartments
Houtchens, McCurry, Moffat, Petteys, and Savage Halls
- Private bedrooms for 2 or 3 residents that are fully furnished with the exception of tableware and cooking utensils.
- A kitchen/living room and private bath are included.
- Wireless Internet, extended basic cable TV, local phone, and all utilities are included in semester rate.
- Campus card or coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located on the second floor of each building.
- Freshmen are not eligible to reside in the apartments except under special circumstances as approved by the Department of Housing and Residence Life.
