• Available to married students and families.
• Unfurnished apartments - window and shower curtains are not provided in these units.
• Rental rate includes all utilities, wireless internet, local phone, and Cable TV service.
• Washer hook-ups are available in all units. Dryer hook-ups are available in units 14-20 only. Dryers are not permitted in units 1-13.
