The Grizzly Testing & Learning Center (GTLC) proctors distance learning exams through Adams State University as well as other colleges. The process varies depending on which college the exam is from, but generally will require the student to list the GTLC as their proctor and request the exam to be sent either through the mail or via e-mail.

The student is required to keep in contact with the Grizzly Testing & Learning Center and schedule a time to take their exam at least 24 hours in advance.

The student is required to present a valid ID at the time of the exam as well as any other information their professor may require. The GTLC will proctor the exam as per the professors’ instructions. Any additional material not allowed by the professor will be secured at the front desk and can be picked up upon completion of the exam. No cell phones or other electronics are allowed in the testing rooms unless specified by the professor.
