The Student Support Services Summer Scholars program is the entry door to the SSS program for incoming freshmen:
It is a great opportunity for freshmen to become oriented with Adams
State University, earn college credit, and receive a scholarship before they
begin their freshman year at ASU.
Students must be eligible for SSS and willing to participate in the SSS program for the duration of their time at ASU:
Students live on campus for three weeks during the summer and participate in classes, academic counseling, and a variety of challenging activities:
All costs are paid by either ASU or the SSS program which is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education. There is no cost to the student.
