Faculty for MA with Public Administration Emphasis

The faculty in the MA program with emphasis in Public Administration will be a mix of academics specializing in public administration and experienced professionals who bring years of experience in federal, state, and local government. The faculty have been selected based on their particular expertise in the content of the courses they will be teaching.

The director of the program will be Michael Mumper, Ph.D. He has more than 30 years of experience teaching public administration at the graduate level including serving as director of the MPA program at Ohio University for several years. Dr. Mumper is currently a professor of political science at Adams State University. Prior to that he served as Adams State’s Provost and then Senior Vice President between 2007 and 2015.
