Print Based Correspondence (PB)
These correspondence courses are NOT online, and NOT accessible in Blackboard:
Your coursework will be provided to you in a Study Guide, which you will access through a secure webpage requiring you to download and print. You will submit your assignments by email or postal mail. There may be exams which require a proctor and must be taken at a verified testing center. This format is self-paced and you will have up to one year to complete the course. Most courses have a minimum completion period of 6-8 weeks, but this is not a guarantee you can complete the course in that amount of time. If you are receiving financial aid, you will be required to complete the course by the end of the semester in which you registered.
Online Semester Based (OSB)
These distance education courses ARE online and WILL require the use of Blackboard for all coursework.
Beginning and end dates are specific and aligned with ASU's semester dates as published in the institutional academic calendar. Some courses require proctored exams utilizing an online proctoring service in which the student will incur an additional cost.
