Zacheis Planetarium has new movies

The Adams State University Zacheis Planetarium recently acquired new movies and will include them in the free public showings through the fall 2016 semester.

Thursdays, 7 p.m. and 7:45 p.m.:
Sept. 1: Lucy's Cradle and Bella Gaia
Sept. 8: Experience the Aurora and The First Stargazers
Sept. 15: Cleopatra's Universe and Escher's Universe
Sept. 22: Solar Superstorms and Moons: Worlds of Mystery
Sept. 29: Live Astronomy Program

Saturdays, 3 p.m. and 3:45 p.m.:
Sept. 3: From Dream To Discovery and Black Holes
Sept. 10: Origins of Life and Space School
Sept. 17: Chasing the Ghost Particle and Dream to Fly
Sept. 24: Dynamic Earth and Seven Wonders
Oct. 1: To Space and Back and Oasis in Space

As always, admission is free for everyone, just check in at the front desk. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
