Adams State invites community to open meeting Wednesday


Community members are invited to an open meeting to learn about Adams State University's current leadership and financial standing. The meeting will be held Wednesday, February 28, at 6 p.m. in Porter Hall room 130. Free parking in campus lots is available after 5 p.m.

Dr. Matt Nehring, acting president, will discuss his role as acting president; provide information on closing the fiscal year 2018 budget shortfall; and describe the components of the plan to identify $2.7 million in net operating gains for fiscal year 2019. Cleave Simpson, chair of the Adams State Board of Trustees, will also be available to answer questions.
