Adams State seeks state OK for new Ph.D. in Counselor Education

Adams State University's first doctoral level program, an online Ph.D. in Counselor Education, is awaiting approval from the Colorado Dept. of Higher Education. The university's Board of Trustees approved the program in December.

"We expect a decision at the state level in late spring and will announce an application process on this website when approval is granted," noted Dr. Don Basse, professor of counselor education. "Anyone interested in applying for the program is asked to check back in late spring for updated information."
