Comedian Pescatelli coming to Adams State

The Adams State University Alumni Office is pleased to host Tammy Pescatelli a nationally known comedian on the Adams State campus. The show begins at 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, in the Adams State Theatre Main Stage.

WE TV's Comedy Mom – Pescatelli will be performing "Finding the Funny." Beating out thousands for the enviable spot as part of the Final Five on NBC's "Last Comic Standing 2," catapulted Pescatelli's career and won her a slew of new fans, solidifying her as one of the sharpest women in the comedy world. Pescatelli has appeared twice as a guest on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," and "Dennis Miller" and has been a featured comic on PAX's "Balderdash" National Lampoon's "Funny Money," NBC's "Last Comic Standing: The Best of the Best" and Comedy Central's "The World Stands Up!"

Pescatelli also recently appeared in her own half-hour special for Comedy Central, "Comedy Central Presents: Tammy Pescatelli."
