Chemistry Magic Show at Adams State College


The Adams State College Chemistry Department invites everyone to the 20th annual Chemistry Magic Show at 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 22 in the Richardson Hall Auditorium. The event is free and open to the public.

This show will feature a number of fascinating magic tricks (experiments) sure to please children of all ages, with explanations of how the experiments work.

After the show, everyone can to participate in safe and fun hands-on activities on the third floor of Porter Hall. Activities are free of charge. Younger children should be accompanied by supervising adults. Although seating should be plentiful, larger groups are asked to notify Dr. Marty Jones, professor of chemistry, at 719-587-7262 or

Cookies and beverages will be available for those who arrive early, in the lobby of Richardson Hall.
