Swim, bike and run your way to health
The Adams State University Campus Recreation and Wellness Center will have registration forms for the October 15 Sprint Triathlon, a Splashland Hot Springs Swimming Pool Benefit. The sprint triathlon will begin at 9 a.m. and will include a 3.4 mile run, a 10 mile bike ride and a 400 yard swim. Cost is $40 for individual and $80 for a team relay. Awards will be presented to overall male and female and top team finisher.
Jessica Chacon, fitness and wellness coordinator, said the Adams State Campus Recreation and Wellness Center is pleased to help sponsor this event. "I think it will be awesome to see Adams State participation."
