What do I need to do before Orientation?
Before you come to Orientation make sure you take care of the Next Steps for Admitted Students.
How do I get to campus?
There are many ways to get to campus, here are a few resources to assist you on your journey:

When can I move into Housing?
Student Housing check-in from 1pm - 10pm on Thursday, August 18th & 8am - Noon on Friday, August 19th. Maker sure you have everything you need:
What if I'm not going to live on campus?
Orientation check-in for all campus students is from 8am - 11:30am on Friday, August 19th. There will be check-in tables by the Rock on the Campus Green and at the Japanese Garden.
Do I have to attend Orientation?
All first time on-campus students, including Freshman and Transfer students, are required to attend New Student Orientation.
What does the Orientation fee cover?
New Student Orientation is included on your bill as a part of the "matriculation fee". This includes housing, meals, welcome dinner and lunch and all sessions.
When will I receive Orientation materials?
Students will receive a packet of material upon check-in.
When should I register for fall classes?
Students can schedule registration with an advisor prior to orientation.
Can my family come too?
Absolutely! Adams State University hosts a family orientation with programming Friday, August 18th and Saturday, August 19th.
