Hola chicas y chicos, if you are curious about the largest dance fitness party in the San Luis Valley, then come and join me in Zumba class and you'll see what I mean...you literally "FEEL the NRG"! The music and moves are so intoxicating and dancing experience is not required.
Just move your body and follow my lead. It's so easy! It's so fun! It's so addicting! I'm currently a licensed Zumba instructor for Zumba Basic, Curves in the Circuit, Zumba Atomic, and Zumba Toning.

Jessica received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Management, from Colorado Mesa University in 2011. Jessica is currently in her last year of Graduate School here at ASU to receive her Masters in Mental Health Counseling. Three years prior to returning to Adams State where she attended for part of her undergrad, she worked as an Incident Report Writer for Kroenke Sports & Entertainment and was a Supervisor for the Incident Report Writers at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Here at Adams, Jessica coordinates fitness and wellness events, programs group fitness classes and works with group fitness instructors to ensure we are meeting the fitness goals of our students. In addition, Jessica has studied Yoga in Indonesia and Costa Rica to become a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and teaches various Yoga classes here on campus and in the San Luis Valley. Jessica aspires to build a culture of wellness for the students and community of Adams State through teaching them the various ways to stay connected and fit mentally, physically and spiritually. Jessica resides in Alamosa with her daughter and can be found exploring the beautiful Valley terrain in the Summer and on the slopes snowboarding in the Winter.
