Registration

The Gingerbread House registration process consists of the completion of an application packet. State licensing regulations require that all children have a birth certificate, immunization records, emergency contact information, and a completed application on file on the first day of attendance. A physical must be completed within 30 days of the first day of attendance. These are required in all three of our programs. Please be advised that all information that is provided is kept strictly confidential and is used only by the child care staff.

The center participates in the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and does not charge extra for children's meals but requires each family to complete a form so the program can get reimbursement for these meals. It is the parents/guardians responsibility to keep all paperwork up to date. If you have changes, please ask for your child's personal file so the changes can be made. Discounts are offered to current Adams State students and staff.
