Grizzly Athletics
Adams State College is a NCAA Division II school and member of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference. Winners of 43 National Championship Team Titles, ASC Student-Athletes have earned more than 1,300 All-America honors. Sponsoring 14 intercollegiate sports (8 women's, 6 men's) Grizzly Athletics has a strong tradition of success with several awards, including the 1998-99 Sears Directors' Cup, one of the most prestigious awards in all intercollegiate athletics. National champion runner Zoila Gomez, Class of 2004, was named the NCAA Division II Female Athlete of the Year.
