“Colorado’s history is full of stories of people who turned personal challenges into collective progress,” said Lt. Governor Dianne Primavera.
“We are all grateful to work with Adams State and hope to continue to serve individual students with funding as they pursue their goals and dreams,” said Joan Friend.
“We are deeply saddened by the impact halting CAMP will have on our students; however, it will not stop our mission of serving our students in need, especially now that such an impactful program has unfortunately been defunded,” said Gillespie.

“After years of declining undergraduate enrollment, Adams State celebrates consecutive years of accelerating growth,” President David Tandberg, Ph.D. said.
“As chairperson of Art, Annaliesa brings years of experience to the position, both as a highly regarded educator and as an artist,” noted John Taylor, Ph.D.
“If someone wants to become a teacher, I embrace them. As a mentor, I can make connections, because I’ve been on both sides,” Heredia said.
