Adams State will celebrate Grizzly Daze

Adams State University students get ready for the annual Grizzly Daze, from April 18 through April 22. Hosted by the Grizzly Activity Board (GAB), events bring out your Grizzly Spirit.

The events include a photo booth from 11 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Monday, April 18 in the Student Union Building Mall Court. A talent show begins at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, in Carson Auditorium. Arrive early to get a seat for this crowd-favorite event. Come watch a movie while you float or swim. Movie in the Pool begins at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, in the Plachy Hall pool.

Grizzly Daze continues on Thursday, April 21, with two events. Co-sponsored by the Environmental Action for Resources, Transportation and Health (EARTH) Club, a River Clean-up begins at 3 p.m., meet by the obstacle course. Later roller skating begins at 6 p.m. in Plachy Gym.

The annual Backyard Bash will be from 5:30 p.m. until 8 p.m., Friday, April 22, in Plachy Gym. A concert featuring Rhett Price begins at 8 p.m.

Students, faculty, staff and community are encouraged to come out a show their Grizzly spirit and pride.
