ASU Spring Wellness Week begins April 22

The week includes volleyball, soccer, flag football and ultimate frisbee, open play, on the North Campus Green.

The Adams State University Department of Campus Recreation and Wellness in collaboration with La Puente’s Hunger Education Week has planned activities for the semi-annual Wellness Week. Events will take place from April 22 through April 28.

Jessica Chacon, fitness and wellness coordinator, coordinated with campus clubs and departments and community organizations to host events and workshops. Events are open to the public, and free unless otherwise noted.
