The Adams State University Faculty Lecture, I Never Stopped Learning: Discovering and Rediscovering Identity and Place in Education, by Jess Gagliardi, begins at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, in McDaniel 101. The lecture will focus on Gagliardi’s journey to self-discovery. He will discuss his career path of teaching, the processes of becoming an educator and how education has continued to shape his life both in the classroom and personally.

Jess Gagliardi“Although I learned a good amount of history and education leadership, I also found out more about myself, which I believe has made all the difference in my place in society in helping students,” Gagliardi said.

All ASU Faculty Lectures in the series are free and open to the public. Complimentary light refreshments will be offered. For further information on the series of lectures, contact Dr. Joel Givens, assistant professor of counselor education, at 719-587-7551 or joelgivens@adams.edu.
