Beverly DeVore-Wedding, Ph.D., School of Education assistant professor and program coordinator curriculum & instruction, will attend the National Congress on Science Education hosted by the National Science Teaching Association as the Colorado Association of Science Teachers’ delegate, June 26 through June 29.
She is also participating in Montana State University’s 25 anniversary of their M.S. in Science Education by participating in their capstone presentations from the last 25 years in Bozeman in July 7 and 8.
Dr. DeVore-Wedding attended the Grand Junction. June 1; and Pueblo COLAB,June 23, hosted by the Colorado Department of Education, promoting the Colorado Association of Science Teaching and Adams State University.
Chrissy McKinney, M.Ed., School of Education educator preparation for initial licensure program coordinator and advisor; and Dr. DeVore-Wedding promoted Adams State and the School of Education at the GlobalMindEd conference in Denver, June 7 through June 9.

William Lipke, D.M.A., professor of music, had a music student accepted, based on an audition, to work in a master class at the Colorado State Music Teachers Association Conference in June.  The master class teacher is a graduate of the University of Tel Aviv’s Rubin Music Academy and the Cleveland Institute of Music.
