Institutional Effectiveness

The mission of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness is to take an active role in advancing the institutional goal to become the university community of choice for diverse groups by providing guidance and service in the fields of research, accreditation, planning and data management.

OIE strives to enhance the quality of ASU programs, services, operations and processes by:

  • Providing accurate, unbiased and timely information that is accessible to internal and external constituencies
  • Collecting, analyzing and distributing high caliber analytics
  • Facilitating processes to secure accreditation
  • Integrating actionable information into institutional decision making, policy development, and planning processes

Data Request

For all data requests, please first check the documents available on our website. If you are unable to find the data you need, then please contact Sarah Rhett, Director of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness. Because of limited personnel in OIE, please allow for a turnaround time of three weeks (15 working days). We strive to complete and deliver requests in a shorter timeframe.
