Karen Melgares received a standing ovation for 40 years of service at the annual Adams State University Employee Recognition Luncheon.

Other recognitions included faculty who received promotions: Beth Bonnstetter, Ph.D. professor of journalism; Angela Winter, D.M.A., associate professor of music; Brian Zulegar, associate professor of sport psychology.
