School of Education Beverly DeVore-Wedding, Ph.D., assistant professor and program coordinator curriculum and instruction, was elected to the Colorado Association of Science Teachers board as the Region 2 College Director for a three-year term, July 2023-June 2026. She served on a panel for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Research & Economic Development office, discussing the importance of Partnering for Impact virtual workshop, on May 2. Caroline Gabe, Ph.D., assistant professor of anthropology and program coordinator of the CRM MA, helped research and author the study, “Early dispersal of domestic horses into the Great Plains and northern Rockies,” published in Science, vol. 279, issue 6639, March 2023.
