Disbursement of financial aid begins on the first day of classes. Once all financial aid eligibility and documentation requirements for the semester are met, your financial aid award is disbursed to your student account based on your student type, enrollment, and course format. Some grants and loans may be disbursed in two payments or later in the semester due to Federal Student Aid regulations.

After disbursement to your student account, any remaining funds are refunded to you through Bank Mobile Disbursements. After admission and course registration, students are mailed a Bank Mobile Disbursements debit card to activate a Bank Mobile Disbursements account for refunds and work study payroll.
