Check In & Out

Checking in and out can be completed at any location on campus for the convenience of the guests and will be planned during the reservation process.

Parking

On weekend parking is on a first come first serve basis (You will not be required to have a parking pass). During the week days Campus Police will provide you a free parking pass. We will make arranges prior to your arrival on campus. There are parking lots surrounding the majority of campus buildings and all of the lodging facilities located on campus for our visitors.

Room Policies

Damage: Damage to the property, including but not limited to rooms, fixtures, furnishings, or linens, will result in an additional charge of fair replacement value or above and beyond necessary cleaning.

Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in Adams State University Residence Hall, only with the exception of service animals.

Smoking & Alcohol: Colorado State Law prohibits smoking in all of Adams State University buildings, this includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and marijuana in any form. Adams State University is considered a dry campus. No alcohol beverages are allowed in our residence halls.

The mission of the Adams State University Police Department is to help provide a safe and secure environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. This is accomplished through a community friendly approach and visibility of uniformed officers.

Lost & Found

Adams State University will make a reasonable effort to contact guests after departure if they have left any belongings on our premises. We will ship any items back at owner’s expense. In addition, if we are unable to reach the guest(s), items will be placed in University Center Lost & Found, and donated or discarded after 60 days.
