Larry Holder Exercise & Cancer Survivorship sign-upp
Pre-registration meetings for the fall, 2026 program will be held on Wednesday, August 26 at 5 pm and Thursday, August 27 at 12 noon. Both meetings will be held in East Campus 109. This supervised, progressive and individualized program is open to adult cancer survivors of any age, type or stage of cancer or treatment, or fitness level. Classes meet Monday, Wednesday & Friday for 10 weeks beginning the first full week of September; this includes pre- and post-testing of fitness levels the week prior to and following the 10-week program. Program is free of charge for participants.
