Athletic Assistant -Closed
Duties will include set up/take down of athletic events, security and ticket sales at athletic events, lock up of athletic facilities and equipment room.

Eligibility/Compliance Assistant -Open
Duties will include updating financial aid for student athletes, pulling individual transcripts and data entry into the Compliance Assistant as well as Banner software. Previous computer experience preferred. Other duties as assigned.

Equipment Room – Closed
Duties will include working with the athletic teams to insure proper care for all practice equipment and game uniforms. Assist with the sanitary needs of the locker rooms and the equipment room. Launder uniforms and practice equipment as needed. Assist with preparations for all home contests. Other duties as assigned.

Lifeguard – Closed
We are looking for lifeguards to work available morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts. Duties include life-guarding and general supervision of the pool area. Must be Lifeguard Certified. Other basic duties may be assigned.

Multimedia Specialist – Closed
Reporting to the Sports Information Director, the Multimedia Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the promotion and comprehensive public relations for Adams State University Athletics. While focusing on various video productions and streaming services; this position will be an integral member of the department and expanding Adams State’s multimedia footprint.

Sports Information Assistant – Closed
Serve on sport statistical crews. Write news articles about Adams State athletic teams, maintain/develop record books, maintain/develop athletic photography database, assist with maintenance of department web site, and field/assist with media interview and information requests. Other duties assigned as needed. Working knowledge of journalism or sports is beneficial. Possibility of operating and controlling video board equipment during games.

Sports Information Photographer – Closed
Take digital action and profile pictures of Adams State student-athletes and coaches for use in athletic department publications, website. Assist in maintaining athletic photography database. Other duties as assigned. Previous experience in photography, working with Photoshop and/or posting website galleries photography is beneficial but not required.

Weight Room – Open
Duties will include maintenance and supervision of the varsity athletic weight room, keeping the weight room clean and picked up. In some instances provide spotting for those persons that need assistance. Responsible for keeping weights stacked and in order, sweeping and wet mopping the floors as needed. Sports Medicine Aide – Open
The Sports Medicine Aide is a position that is used by the Athletic Training staff during busy times in the Athletic Training Room, primarily afternoons when getting ready for practices and cleaning up after practices. There is also a lot of cleaning requirements as part of this position. The duties will include but are not limited to getting water and ice ready for practices, stocking and cleaning up the taping area, cleaning rehab equipment, assisting with making the Athletic Training Room up to the standards of a medical facility, learning about and how to set up modalities, assisting with football game coverage and other sports as needed. Other duties assigned by a certified athletic trainer. Initiative to perform tasks without being asked is a must.
