Adams State University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide official degree and enrollment verifications. The National Student Clearinghouse provides quick and easy online verifications 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The verification provided by National Student Clearinghouse is accurate and official. The information is transmitted by Adams State University to the National Student Clearinghouse on a regular basis.

Spring and Summer 2024

You can obtain degree and enrollment verifications online by accessing the One Stop Student Services Page and following these directions:

  • One Stop Student Services
  • Click on the Student Account link on the One Stop Student Services page
  • Log in using your network log-in name and password
  • Click on Student Services
  • Select Enrollment Verification Request
  • This will allow you access to enrollment and degree verification reports

Fall 2024

You can obtain enrollment verifications online through Workday. Reference the Workday training library for more information.

Distance Learning/Extended Studies Students:

If you do not have a Student Account access under the One-Stop web page, you can print out the following PDF Enrollment Verification document (shown below) and either fax it to the Records Office at 719-587-7416, email it to registrarsoffice@adams.edu, or mail it to Adams State Records Office, 208 Edgemont Blvd, Alamosa CO 81101. You can also submit the form in person to One-Stop Student Services. Make sure to include your student ID# or Social Security # on the form, as well as term(s) you need the enrollment verification for, and where it needs to be sent. Include complete street address, or institution or company name and fax #, if you need it to be faxed.

Non-Adams State Students

If you are not a student:

Any requests submitted to the Registrar’s office for enrollment verification or degree verification will be re-directed to the National Student Clearinghouse and will delay the verification process.

To protect the student’s privacy, it is important that student log off from both the clearing house site and the Adams State University site.

NOTE: NSC’s services can be used only if your Social Security Number is on record with Adams State University. If your Social Security Number is not on record, please contact the records office.
