RECOMMENDATION DUE TO COVID-19: Please be aware that the US Postal service is experiencing an unprecedented volume increase and limited employee availability due to the effects of the pandemic. We are also seeing delays with International mail, including instances where some countries are not accepting mail for certain periods of time. There could be delays in receiving mailed transcripts through the US Postal Service. Due to this, we recommend that you select electronic delivery of transcripts whenever possible.
Official transcripts are issued by the Registrar’s Office and bear the University seal and Registrar’s signature. Unofficial transcripts contain the same academic information as the official version, but do not bear the official seal or signature. Transcripts are not processed if the student has an outstanding obligation, financial or otherwise.
Official Transcripts are $16 and can be sent by mail or email. Unofficial transcripts are $5.25 when sent by mail and $15.25 when sent by fax.
