Update Student Information
To update student information
Go to adams.edu/onestop and log in to your Web Services account. In the “Personal Information” section, you may make updates to some of your personal data. If you prefer, you may complete and mail the forms available below ensuring that you include the required documentation requested on the form.
Go to the One Stop Student Services, located in the Student Union Building (SUB) or fill out the forms below.
Forms can either be mailed in to the Registrar’s Office 208 Edgemont Blvd, Alamosa, CO 81101, dropped off at the One-Stop, or faxed to 719-587-7416 Registrar’s Office in Room 116 Richardson Hall.
